What Pabbly felt like in our test
Pabbly AgenticAI felt easier than we expected. We told it to save Gmail PDF attachments to Google Drive, authorized Gmail and Drive when prompted, and it generated the runtime steps. That reduced the number of setup decisions we had to make ourselves.
The trade-off is that AI-generated behavior still needs review. In our test, the generated Gmail step marked matching messages as read. That was not something we would want to discover only after turning on an important production inbox.
What Make felt like in our test
Make required more deliberate configuration, but that is also its strength. The visual scenario makes it easier to see where Gmail data enters, where a filter applies, what filename is mapped, and what happens next. For workflows we expect to expand, we prefer that transparency.
Free plans and billing are not directly comparable
