Our review standard
1. Build something real
When a page is labeled hands-on, we build or run the workflow and check the output rather than relying only on product pages.
2. Keep claims narrow
A tool that wins one simple setup test does not automatically become our universal winner. We state the scope of the test.
3. Keep the problems
Trigger mistakes, mapping limitations, filters, and troubleshooting are part of the evidence because they affect the real user experience.
What we have tested so far
Make: Gmail attachment workflows including PDF filters, sender filters, routers, folder routing, and filename changes.
Albato: Gmail attachment → Google Drive, plus a mixed PDF + image test where Copilot helped us correct the Gmail trigger and build a PDF-only filter.
n8n: Gmail PDF handling with binary attachment data, expression-based filename logic, and Google Drive upload.
Pabbly Connect: AgenticAI-generated Gmail PDF → Google Drive workflow. Our manual test found 10 unread messages with PDFs and saved all 10 files; the generated step also marked those messages as read.

Make, Albato, and Pabbly are active affiliate relationships, and tracked links are disclosed where used. Our n8n application was not approved, so all n8n links are non-affiliate. Affiliate status does not determine which tool is recommended.
Software changes
SaaS pricing, limits, interfaces, and affiliate programs change. Dates on review and pricing pages show when the content was last checked or updated. If a provider changes a product after that date, the official provider page should be treated as the current source of truth.
